"There is no great genius without a mixture of madness." - Aristotle

Hello everybody! Just recently got assigned many many submissions! And It is purely insane. So, the plan is to get into it and just get it done, without any stress and lots of positivity. The result of the last semester - which, trust me, was not all that great- has sort of caused me to decide to work harder.

Anyway! Here is the outfit -

The blazer  I am wearing is my Dad's. It was stitched many years ago! So many years ago that it no longer fits him- it does fit me though! The T-shirt I am wearing is from Sarojini Market, Delhi, and the jeans are my sister's. The bag is from Shoppers Stop. The boots are a complete mystery, I have completely forgotten where I got them from, years and years ago! Sorry!

But yes this is it! Hope you guys like it!

Until next post

xoxo

“The past is always tense, the future perfect.” ― Zadie Smith

A post after a long, long time. Sorry Everybody! lots of things have been happening. Like me coping with the fist semester of Fashion School. Unimaginable work load and assignments along with great amounts of personal growth and satisfaction.

Here is the outfit I would like to make this post about,

I have paired a beautiful grey fuzzy sweater stolen off of a friend, with a golden statement necklace ( a farewell present given to me by a dear friend). Black jeans, with boots that were given to me by my dad <3. And, this satchel bag with I am carrying is a vintage bag, which is originally my mother's. Along with a stunning purple lipstick- which I have been meaning to try since FOREVER.
I will be giving the details about the shade of lipstick in the next post for sure ( in case any of you are interested).

Furthermore, recently I went ahead and got a nose piercing! It is one of those steps that make you feel like you are brand new, as if you were just recreated- At least to me it felt like it.

Anyways!

I bid you all a Good-Bye,

Until next post!

xoxo

French Doors

Currently, I am obsessed with French Doors.
How elegant and chic are these to have in your home?! And they are perfect for receiving a flooding amount of natural light into a space. They create the illusion of spaciousness and keep rooms looking bright for most of the day. For those of you who prefer bright and airy looking rooms, these kind of doors are wonderful to have in the house.

Also, french doors in black. LOVE.

If someone wants to give their home a modern touch, and simultaneously have light filled and bright rooms, I feel that black or grey are the right colors.
I am so in love with these kind of doors that I have been daydreaming of my dream house with these doors in the entrances of all the rooms of the house. Repeatedly! ...too much? I say "Never."

Anyways, that's all for this post, I shall be back with more fashion, interior or media inspired personal style posts.

Ciao!

Maxi dresses & sneakers- Love.

Exams in a month- stressed, depressed but still, well dressed! A maxi dress paired with a denim jacket and a pair of sneakers is the perfect thing to wear during the transition from monsoon to fall. It's airy and light, perfect for the still-kinda-humid-but-not-as-bad-as-summer weather (I personally think it's perfect anytime of the year except winters ... maybe).

(Wearing a maxi dress bought from Sarojini Nagar, sneakers, bought from Max, and a denim jacket stolen from my sister!)

What do you guys think about wearing Maxi dresses or even skirts in the colder months of the year? And! how would you style them? I'd love to know your opinions!
